- NSN 5340-01-456-7985 - Mounting Bracket, purchased in accordance with BASIC DRAWING NR 80063 A3256669, REVISION NR C DTD 05/08/2011, PART PIECE NUMBER: A3256669-3. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 36,902 each, with a 100% option for an additional 36,902 each, to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB origin and inspection at origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date of 10/21/2014 Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical data and drawings are fully visible and readily available. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, and JWOD. The required delivery is 150 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
