- ****THIS NOTICE IS BEING MODIFIED TO ATTACH THE REDACTED JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL**** ***UPDATE*** ***SOLICITATION NUMBER UPDATED FROM W91ZLK-14-T-0562 TO W91ZLK-14-R-0011*** This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to procure the following: The contractor shall provide on-site preventive maintenance and instrument service for all equipment specified below. a. One hundred sixty-eight (168) MINICAMS b. One hundred eight (108) MINI-LINK or CHROM-LINK Systems c. Sixty-seven (67) Stream Selection Systems d. One (1) CHROM-NET Air Monitoring Data System The contractor shall provide all necessary maintenance; labor, including travel time; repair parts; maintenance supplies; tools; test equipment; transportation; documentation and other related services. Maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's commercial practices. Posting date of this requirement is 15 July, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 30 July 2014. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. This award is being made by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Contracting Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
