- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Aeronautics and Exploration Mission Modeling and Simulation (AEMMS), Solicitation Number NNA14502291R, which was posted on July 2, 2014. You are notified that the following revisions have been made: An Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., in Building N245, 2nd Floor Auditorium, at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA 94035-0001. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. All questions must be submitted in writing, Index cards will be provided at the conference. Additionally, all formal responses will be posted via an official posting on this site. One-on-One interested party meetings with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will be held on November 5, 2014, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and November 6, 2014, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., in Building N241,Room 215. If interested in scheduling a 30-Minute One-on-One meeting, please send an email to Naomi.Castillo-Velasquez@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. PDST, Monday November 3, 2014, to reserve a 30-Minute time slot. Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference attendees must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a Green Card. A valid driver's license with picture identification will also be required before access to the Center will be allowed. Attendees with a drivers license issued by the state of Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Oklahoma or Washington State, should also be prepared to present a current passport in order to comply with phase two of the REAL ID Act of 2005 prior to being granted access to the Center without an escort. In order to allow time for requesting Visitor (US Citizen only) badges, it is requested that an email, containing the name(s) and company affiliation of the Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference attendee(s), be sent to Naomi.Castillo-Velasquez@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. PDST October 29, 2014. Attendees not requiring a visitor badge are also requested to notify of their intention to attend the Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference no later than 3:00 p.m. PDST October 29, 2014. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/ARC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=21. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
