- This serves as a pre-solicitation announcement for anticipated solicitation, N66001-15-R-0042, In-Service Engineering Agent Functions for Tactical Data Links and Related Systems. The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), anticipates releasing the RFP on or around 15 November 2014. An RFI supporting this acquisition was previously conducted under N66001-14-R-0042. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached for informational purposes only.
