- Attachment J.18 Food Consultant Report Attachment J.18 Food Consultant Report Attachments J.3 - J.17 Attachment J.2 Sales Report Summary RFP OAM14055S - Attachment 1 Price Guide The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives (hereinafter "House"), is seeking interested vendors to provide food, catering, event services, vending, and convenience store services in the House office complex on a commission basis to House Members, staff, and visitors totaling over 10,000 personnel. Pre-proposal Conference: Vendors will be invited to attend a pre-proposal conference/walk-through of House food service facilities which will be held on November 3, 2014. Companies are asked to limit participation to no more than four individuals per vendor. Please provide vendor identifying information for the walk-through via email to Christine.stewart@mail.house.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. local time October 30, 2014. Meeting location and details will be provided upon registration. Questions : Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Christine Stewart, Senior Contracts Specialist, at christine.stewart@mail.house.gov no later than 2:00 PM local time on November 7, 2014. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation and posted on Fedbizopps and the House website. Solicitation Amendments : Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation on Fedbizopps and the House website. Proposal Submission : Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due : Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on December 22, 2014.
