- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-076-5356, Demodulator, in accordance with Atlantic Inertial Systems Inc CAGE 63395 P/N 11728-1. Estimated Annual Quantity 192 EA. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 48 EA applicable to the base year only. The 5-year maximum quantity is 960 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the E-3A AWACS Aircraft and other military aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is November 4, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
