- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of Two New John Deere X754 Lawn Tractors or Equal to be Delivered to Lock & Dam #3 and Lock & Dam #9 (one to each lock & dam location), on the Mississippi River. There are also two John Deere lawn tractors, one at each lock and dam location to be traded-in. The new John Deere X754 lawn tractors or equal must meet all specifications as listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). Solicitation number W912ES-14-T-0148 is issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for the purchase and delivery of two (2) brand new John Deere X754 or equal by meeting or exceeding all requirements listed under specifications in the enclosed Scope of Work (SOW) for Lock and Dam #3 in Welch, MN and Lock & Dam #9 in Eastman, WI. Line Item 0002 is for the trade-in value for one (1) John Deere lawn tractor with attachments at Lock and Dam #3, in Welch, MN. Line Item 0003 is for the trade-in value for one (1) John Deere lawn tractor with attachments located at Lock & Dam #9, in Eastman, WI. If the contractor quotes a trade-in price it will be deducted from the price of each new John Deere X754 at each lock and dam location (Line Item 0001) upon award. F.O.B. destination is required. Contractors must quote on all line items. The quoted price shall include the cost of transporting and unloading to each destination site. Shipment shall be prepaid and made at the Contractor's expense. The same goes for transporting and loading of the trade-in John Deere lawn tractors and attachments at each lock and dam site. The associated NAICS code is 333112 with a size standard of 300 employees. Contractor must register or currently be registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at website http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. This is a new website takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A determination by the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, quotes may also be faxed to Attention: Deborah Lawrence at 651-290-5706. Quotes may also be mailed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Attn: Deborah Lawrence, Contracting Division, 180 Fifth Street East, Site 700, St. Paul, MN 55101-1678. All quotes must be inclusive of labor, materials, and freight. No additional costs will be enumerated after award.
