- NSN: 5960-01-244-1591 PR: 54147001 Item: Electron Tube This procurement is restricted to sources called out on source controlled DWG NR 97942 585R420. This restricts procurement to the approved source which is Communications & Power Industries (CPI), CAGE 99313 and 0MH33, P/N VTH-6176D6. This requirement is for a total quantity of 28 each; price breaks up to 52 each and a 100% quantity option will be included. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition. This requirement will be unrestricted. Government required delivery is 240 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 10/27/2014. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export-Control regulations. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP certification, or to those licensed by either the departments of state or commerce; or to foreign suppliers pursuant to international agreements.
