- SOL #FA8101-15-RFIGW This Sources Sought /Request for Information (RFI) is posted for planning and market research only. This RFI DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bids. This RFI does not commit the Government of issue any type of solicitation or award an ultimate contract. This RFI does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this Sources Sought RFI. The following establishes the minimum requirement for the installation and set-up of one (1) each new network server; eight (8) each workstations with dual monitors; eight (8) un-interrupted power supplies (UPS), two networked printers and support for a period of 12 months minimum after full implementation of the new network systems. The systems shall be standalone networks used solely in support of the Numerical Control (NC) Shop for 3-D rendering of parts and/or creating programs for machining parts on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment. The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of CATIA software and its various machining packages; be familiar with the license management system for V5R19, V5R21, and V5-6R2014; and know how to set-up the license management system for V5R21 and V5-6R2014 with various types and numbers of licenses. The workstations are Windows 7, 64-bit based operating system (OS). The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment, hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, and incidentals necessary to install government furnished and contractor furnished hardware and software into a new functional standalone network located at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).
