This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 722310 and the small business size standard $35.5M. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: Full Food Service Operation at the Greenlief Training Site, Bldg 600, Dining Facility, Hastings, Nebraska for required training events during October 18th to November 9th.
