The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: 7820, Games, Toys and Wheeled Goods. NAICS Code: 339930, Game, Toy, and Children's Vehicle Manufacturing. Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees. This was a Non-Competitive Contract Action: The source for this award is LEGO Education, as market research has indicated that this company is the only source which provides the Robotics Kits curriculum that is outlined in the requirement.
