- The work includes, but is not limited to, masonry repair, brick repair,foundation repair, cleaning, sealing, painting, and other repairs as follows: tuckpoint randomly located defective mortar joints, repair randomly located damaged bricks, replace randomly located damaged bricks, clean the brick veneer, clean anodized aluminum & non-anodized aluminum building elements, seal perimeter of window frames & door frames, clean and paint all steel window and door lintels, coat the exterior masonry, re-glaze the window and door glass, replace all building expansion joints, clean, repair and coat the concrete entrance pads, caulk the perimeter of all wall louvers, clean, prime and paint front entrance canopy & supports. Roof repairs consist of: remove existing built-up roofing and repair with sprayed in-place polyurethane foam roof insulation covered with a waterproof elastomertic protective coating and surfaced with ceramic granules.
