- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure two (2) Pressure Monitors (Part Number RPM4-A160KP, A350KP) from Fluke Electronics, Everett, Washington. The Navy Primary Standards Lab (NPSL) requires these specifically configured pressure monitors to replace existing degraded equipment used to compare the pressure readings of various Schwien Manometers in the Depot Labs with the NPSL Schwien Manometer. The comparison of readings insures the depot manometers are within the allowable pressure reading tolerance during the 18 month calibration period. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The government does not own the design or drawing rights required to make this a competitive procurement for the hardware. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
