- Special Notice - Protest: HSSS01-14-R-0055 The United States Secret Service will be re-opening Solicitation HSSS01-14-R-0055 via an amendment issued for Contract Financial Investigators. The anticipated reissue date will be on or about October 24, 2014. The following will be addressed via the Amendment. 1. A thirty-day period for proposal submission; 2. Revisions to questions originally submitted for clarity; 3. The Amendment will also include a second period for additional questions and responses; and 4. Finally, the Technical Evaluation Section of the Solicitation will be revised to include the evaluation of a Task Order (included for evaluation purposes only). This Task Order will include details and content similar to the average Task Order being issued against the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) during the life of the Agreement.
