- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 722310 and the small business size standard $35.5M. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: Catered Meals for Unit Training Assembly weekends (2,400 total meals for fiscal year 15). Meals are to be prepared for the 103rd Air Control Squadron, 206 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT 06477. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code), be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have credentials listed on the System for Award Management- SAM (www.sam.gov).
