- JOFOC This justification supports the award of an out of scope modification which adds Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) hosting and security upgrades to a Logical Follow-on task order with Terremark Federal Group, Inc. CMS executed and approved a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) to support this logical follow-on order in February 2014. This order was intended to be a short term bridge while CMS transitions this work to the competitively awarded HP Enterprise Services (HP) Virtual Data Center (VDC) task order.
