- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for one (1) Light Armored Vehicles lease in Cartagena, Bolivar for the United States Military Group - Colombia (USMILGP - CO). Lease shall include SUV - Mid Size Model 2012 or newer, maintenance, and insurance. Period of performance will be 28 October 14 - 27 August 15 Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 29 September 14. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
