- Solicitation No. HQ0034-14-T-0190 (Amended) AMENDMENT 2: For Line Item No. A005, the Government will accept Part Nos. 49Y1431-AXA or 49Y1431. See amended "Solicitation No. HQ0034-14-T-0190." Solicitation is extended to September 30, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. ET. *******END OF AMENDMENT 2******* AMENDMENT 1: Line Item No. A005 under Exhibit A is an IBM brand name requirement. No substitutions will be accepted. The Brand Name Justification has been updated accordingly. The RFQ response deadline has been extended to September 29, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. ET. *******END OF AMENDMENT 1******** This solicitation for VMware and Axway software is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number HQ0034-14-T-0190. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The anticipated award date is September 29, 2014. Delivery is required within 30 days of award. This RFQ is set aside for service disabled, veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). To be qualified for award, a contractor must be a certified SDVOSB under NAICS Code 454111, which has a size standard of $32.5M. Reference the attached "Solicitation No. HQ0034-14-T-0190" and "Exhibit A" for line item numbers and all applicable clauses and provisions. Of particular note, the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: • FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. • FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. • FAR 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. • FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. • FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Return the following directly to the Contract Specialist at frank.j.argenziano.civ@mail.mil no later than September 30, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. ET: 1) Exhibit A, completed with pricing information. 2) Completed DFARS 252.209-7993 provision. Late quotes will not be accepted. Questions are due by September 25, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. ET.
