Description

Expressions of Interest : The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA or the Government) is seeking expressions of interest for secure indoor (enclosed slab-to-slab) parking in a garage type structure that can provide the Government with twenty (20) dedicated self-park non-stacked type parking spaces (not valet type) to be grouped and secured in a single definable and securable area of the parking structure. Any parking structure offered must be able to provide the Government with access on a 24/7 basis and must be able to accommodate security fencing, gates, barbed wire, card readers, duress alarms, CCTV security cameras and other security related equipment that may be required by the Federal Government. Garage lighting must be sufficient for a CCTV security system and backup emergency lighting for the parking structure is a requirement. The offered parking must be located within the Borough of Manhattan within the following delineated area: South: Liberty Street East: Broadway North: Warren Street West: West Street to Vesey Street to North End Avenue The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, cancelable by the Government after the 5th year, with two (2) five year renewal option terms. Any structured parking offered must be available for Government use starting in calendar year 2016 (exact date TBD). All responses received by COB on October 20, 2014 will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based on responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
