- AMENDED: BLDG 13 and BLDG 14 are eliminated from our project. Flooring is only required in BLDG 42 (appx 8,763sf), BLDG 54 (appx 1,100sf) and 60 (appx 19,521sf) in accordance with the SOW and Drawings. Please only quote BLDG 42, 54 and 60 Closing is extended to 6pm Central Time. All quotes are due by 6pm 9/29/2014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) F9A3RP3212A001 and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-76. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside for small business under the North American Industrial Classification Standard 314110 size standard 500 employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: 1 Provide and Install approximately 49,300sf of Carpet (including tear-out and disposal of existing Flooring) 2 Provide and Install approximately 500sf of Vinyl Composition Tile (including tear-out and disposal of existing flooring) 3 Provide and Install approximately 8,900lf of Cove Base (including tear-out and disposal of existing base) Offerors shall provide items to be delivered FOB Destination and installed within 180 days after receipt of purchase order to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. Offer evaluation will be based on compliance with the attached specifications (Statement of Work), past performance and price related factors. The offered items presenting the best value and meeting the Government's requirements will be selected.
