This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's award of a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Leica Biosystems,1700 Leider Lane, Buffalo Grove IL 60089-6622 pursuant to FAR part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN procured IMCH leica reagents for use with VA owned Leica instruments on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government.
