- The Department of the Interiror, Bureau of Land Management, intends to negotiate a sole source request with Vectors, Inc. 10670 E. Bethany Drive, Bldg 4, Aurora, CO 80014 to purchase TRIMBLE R6-4. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible interested parties may submit information if they believe that they can provide the equipment referenced above. Interested parties must provide convincing documentation that shows that they are authorized to provide equal equipment that meets the requirements stated above. Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis based upon the responses received. Submissions should be received by 10/29/2014 by 5 PM MDT via email to Chau Nguyen at cnguyen@blm.gov
