- The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, in support of the US Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a firm fixed price contract to Brain Vision LLC. located in Morrisville, NC. This procurement is under the authority of the test program for commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source. The government is purchasing an Acti64Champ system and four NIRx fNIRs systems from Brain Vision for neurophysiologic research and evaluation and instrumentation for current Cognitive Science Core Programs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 and the size standard is 500 employees. Brain Vision, LLC is a small business under this NAICS code. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this 3845. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.
