- Notice of Award Solicitation Number: VA701-14-Q-0163 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) awarded a contract to Southcentral Foundation, 4501 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99508 for the procurement of services in support of the VHA Voices Initiative for the Workforce Management and Consulting Office (WMCO) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. §253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Authorized or required by statute.
