- This solicitation number is W912GY-14-R-0008 with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 and a small business size standard of $.7.5 million. This requirement is for full and open competition and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is September 30, 2014 and closes on October 30, 2014 at 5:00pm EST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This procurement is for the service of: HVAC Maintenance for a base year, and four (4) option years. For this solicitation: Delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA 96113 Proposals MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or emailed to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil.
