- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Albuquerque Delineated Area: North : From the intersection of 4 th Street and Paseo del Norte Blvd, East on Paseo del Norte Blvd. to Louisiana Blvd.; East : From the intersection of Paseo del Norte Blvd. and Louisiana Blvd., South on Louisiana Blvd. to I-40; South : From the intersection of Louisiana Blvd. and I-40 West on I-40 to 4 th Street; West : From the intersection of I-40 and 4 th Street North on 4 th Street to Paseo del Norte Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,367 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,367 Space Type: Office, warehouse and lab space Parking Spaces (Total): 95 Parking Spaces (Surface): 95 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 1 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Government is considering exercising an option to that lease. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any; and · Date of space availability; and · Building ownership information; and · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, if any; and · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and · List of building services provided.
