- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because the procurement is awarded to a sole source under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (FAR 13.5). See posted J&A for further information. The Field Service Representative (FSR) shall provide onsite system administration and operational support for registered DAMS users; train users on the overall use and functionality of the system and its components; perform system technology refresh updates; troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software interoperability issues; communicate with the contractor's home office's in-house support staff to resolve any on-site issues with hardware or software; perform on-site repairs related to third party hardware or software that is part of the DAMS; provide technical advice to the COR and DAMS users on all aspects of the system; assure continued up-time of all system functionalities; install and configure system upgrades; and periodically perform quality control testing for all hardware and software components.
