- Redacted Final J&A Delivery Addresses The subject contract covers commercial upgrades of the Air Combat Command (ACC) command post (CP) telephone systems. The contract objective is fulfilled by upgrading to the latest software for the HiPath 4000 systems (v6) and the dispatch manager, as well as providing replacement hardware for conferencing, push-to-touch handsets, touchscreen monitors, and uninterrupted power supply units, for 14 ACC CP phone systems (Dyess AFB, TX; Ellsworth AFB, SD; Holloman AFB, NM; Langley AFB, VA (2 CPs - 633 & ACC); Mt Home AFB, ID; Moody AFB, GA; Offutt AFB, NE; Seymour Johnson AFB, NC; Shaw AFB, SC; Tinker AFB, OK; Nellis AFB, NV; Tyndall AFB, FL; Beale AFB, CA). Additionally, a complete new system is to be installed at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ to standardize it with all other ACC CPs.
