- Full audit of DISA Working Capital Fund and General Fund financial statements. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is requesting sources and industry comments for its up-coming audit of the DISA Working Capital Fund (WCF) and General Fund (GF) financial statements including the Balance Sheet and Related Statement of Net Cost, and Changes in Net Position, and Statement of Budgetary Resources, including required supplementary information, footnotes, and management's discussion and analysis, as applicable. The financial statements shall comply with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-136, "Financial Reporting Requirements," June 10, 2009, or subsequently issued guidance, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Contractor shall perform the audit in compliance with OMB Bulletin No. 07-04 (as amended by OMB M-08-24 and OMB M-09-33); Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) as documented in the Government Accountability Office (GAO) publication GAO-07-731G,"Government Auditing Standards, July 2007 Revision," or subsequently issued guidance; and the GAO/President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency (PCIE) Financial Audit Manual, or subsequently issued guidance, and auditing standards issued by the AICPA.
