- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1), intends to orally solicit a requirement to Install Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems on Fort Drum, NY to small businesses. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order quote mark. Due to year end workload the timeframe for this procurement is short in suspense. Oral quotes are due on 19 September 2014 at 2:00 PM EST. A site visit is scheduled for 18 September 2014 at 3:00 PM EST. The meeting place will be T-46, West Street, Fort Drum, NY 13602. The group will leave fromT-46 promptly at 3:00 PM EST to go to the site. If interested in attending the site visit or receiving a copy of the Performance Work Statement please contact the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM, 17 September 2014. Any interested party may inquire with the following Contract Specialist via email: ryan.l.cross6.mil@mail.mil with the subject heading quote mark W911S2-14-Q-CCTV quote mark in order to receive the entire Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested parties must request this information prior to the quote due date in order to receive it. Basis of award will be based on price. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 561621. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through SAM for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
