- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is (F2E3CS4169AC03) and this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC (2005-76). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517110. The SB size standard for this code is 1500 employees. "Price includes all applicable taxes, including NMGRT." CLIN0001 - SD Satellite Content for Holloman Air Force Base for 1,965 users. Channel content (at time of quote) contains CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, the Weather Channel, and more. Content subject to change during contract term. Period of Performance: 15 Nov 2014 - 15 Nov 2015, base with four (4) Options. NMGRT should not be a separate CLIN Salient Characteristics - See attached Statement of Work, HAFB Base Map, and Question & Answers. All items shall be delivered to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Provision at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999); FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (Apr 2014) applies to this acquisition.
