- The CMC's USMC Expeditionary Energy Strategy directs a broad-based effort to drive organizational change-enabled by a robust and comprehensive strategic communications effort. This requirement is for analysis of internal Marine Corps and external audiences and issues and the development of communication strategies, plans and programs for issues directly tied to CMC priorities and Marine Corps objectives framed by Strategy and E2O. The anticipated scope of work requires one (1.0) FTE, and reach-back for.15 FTE, who shall work in concert with E2O subject matter experts and leadership to develop and support communications strategies, campaigns, and plans in support of the Strategy.
