- Synopsis-Solicitation The Government requires CISCO User Switch. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency's primary mission is to reduce the loss of life and property and protect the Nation from all hazards, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other manmade disasters, by leading and supporting the Nation in a risk-based, comprehensive emergency management system of preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Disaster Closeout Center DR-1981-ND requires CISCO Catalyst Switch. More detailed informaiton in attachment. This requirement is a Local set-aside for the following Federally-declared disaster counties: All of North Dakota This requirement is also a total Small-Business set-aside.
