GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 11 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 10 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 9 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 8 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 7 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 6 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 5 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 4 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 3 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 2 GEOTECH REPORTS ZIP 1 14-B-0023 - PLANS W912DS-14-B-0023 - SOLICITATION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) New York District proposes to perform maintenance dredging of the Sailors Haven and Watch Hill channels and marinas to a depth of -6ft MLLW. These facilities are located on the north side of the Fire Island National Seashore. Project consists of dredging of sands and silts. Placement of material in the channels will be on shore. Placement of material in the marinas will be at the Town of Brookhaven landfill. The period of performance is 80 days. The estimated range is between $1 million to $5 million. This solicitation is subject to FAR Part 14 sealed bidding procedures and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All bids must be received on time to be considered. The IFB will be evaluated based on price with award being made to the lowest responsible bidder. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 and the small business standard size is $27.5 million. Liquidated Damages: $2,266.00 per calendar day of delay until all work under the contract is accepted. Plans/Specs for the subject project would be available on/about 21 August 2014 with bid opening on/about 21 September 2014. The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the internet. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any, will not be available or issued. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7007, all vendors who want access to the solicitation must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM), located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps), located at http://www.fbo.gov, in order to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal Agencies.
