Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 has a requirement for maintenance and repair of a Perkin Elmer Optima 5300 DV inductively coupled argon plasma atomic emission spectrometry system, a Perkin Elmer Elan 6100 DRC and Perkin Elmer Nexion 300D inductively coupled argon plasma mass spectrometry systems (see attached Statement of Work for completed descriptions of system components and requirements). A. This amendment eliminates the small business set-aside requirement. This RFQ is NOT a small business set-aside. B. The initial RQ specified a one year period of performance for services to be performed on the Perkin Elmer Optima 3300DV and the Perkin Elmer Elan 6100 DRC systems, and a nine month period of performance for services to be performed on a Perkin Elmer Nexion 300D system. This amendment incorporates a revised Statement of Work requiring services to be performed on all equipment over a one year period of performance. C. This amendment extends the closing date to submit responses. The closing date to submit price quotes is 10/07/14, 1:00pm PT, Interested vendors can submit a price quote at www.fedconnect.net. Additional information titled "Using FedConnect" is provided as an attachment and can be found at www.fedconnect.net. Additional terms and conditions are attached and made a part of this RFQ.
