- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Judiciary Plaza Limited Partnership, c/o Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers (Judiciary Plaza), 701 Penn Ave. NW, Washington DC, to provide after hours and week-end supplemental HVAC services from October 1, 2014 - September 30, 2015 at 450 5th Street NW, Washington DC. Judiciary Plaza, the lessor for the building, does not allow other vendors to perform these services in their building and therefore, is the only company that can provide immediate and as-required supplemental/overtime air conditioning and heat at this location. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. No solicitation package will result from this synopsis. Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government's requirement may submit substantiating capability documentation detailing how it intends to satisfy the requirement. This information must be emailed to the point of contact no later than 2:00 p.m., EST, September 30, 2014. No telephonic responses will be accepted on this action.
