- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, has issued a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-(b)(1) to Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc. for software support services. Services will be provided for Windmil Support, LightTable Support, and LandBase Support. Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc. is the sole source provider of these services.
