- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 1512 has a requirement for 2,250 single crystal plates. The materials will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is as follows: CLIN 0001 Single Crystal Plates, Quantity 2,250/FFP The anticipated solicitation release date is 15 October 2014. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. The required delivery is for all plates by 01 June 2015. All timely offers will be considered. Offers must be submitted via email to christopher.r.hebert@navy.mil. Offers received after the close date are late and will not be considered for award.
