- Limited Source Justification The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LE Electric Inc, located at 4558 Gerald Dr. Las Cruces, NM 88007 for the acquisition to provide electrical power ran to LPR Trailers. LE Electric Inc. will perform this service to existing LPR trailers that are located in Alamogordo, NM. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561990, All Other Support Services. The business size standard is $10 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 29, 2014, at 9:00am Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov.
