- MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing service as Preventative Medicine Technicians with regulatory authority on food service sanitation, recreational and public use facility sanitation, potable water and ice bacteriological analysis, pest control surveys, epidemiology, and habitability for the Naval Branch Health Medical Clinic, Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. Applicable NAICS: 561210 Small Business Size Standard: $35.5 This requirement is restricted to 8(a) small business. This requirement will be awarded as a single, firm fixed priced contract. The acquisition strategy for this requirement includes a nine (9) month base year period beginning on 01 January 2015 through 30 September 2015 with two (2) one-year options. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this potential requirement no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), 06 October 2014, with proof showing that they are a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified, as well as a point of contact. The Government will not pay or provide reimbursement for any costs incurred in the preparation or delivery of the request for information.
