- The purpose of this contract is to enhance mission capability through the West Virginia National Guard and as such, the contract supports locations within the State of West Virginia. The Government awarded a single award Firm Fixed Price (labor hour and cost)with a base year plus four option years for the performance of professional services (Program Coordinator, Instructor Facilitator Coordinator, Instructor Facilitator I, Training Coordinator II, Safety Program Coordinator and Program Manager II).
