- The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey intends to solicit & award an acquisition for a Miscellaneous Supplies and Equipment. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies which include Gazebos, Picnic Tables, Exercise Equipment and Lawn Mowers in Support of the 80th Training Command in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339999, with a related small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation will be posted on or about 16 September 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in block #8 of the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
