- Q&A Pricing Spreadsheet Technical Specifications RFP S5121A-14-R-0022 DCMA intends to issue a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against a GSA FSS. This requirement had previously been posted to GSA eBuy under RFQ #919308. In order to include open market items, this notice is being published to satisfy the requirements at FAR 8.402(f). A conformed copy of the RFP, Technical Specifications, Pricing Spreadsheet and the Q&A as posted to eBuy are included in this notice. If you are interested in submitting a proposal please email the Primary POC by September 25, 2014, 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
