- Description
- The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA)-is seeking sources that can provide Reset services and production line support on the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot's Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) systems as they are transitioned from theater to the Continental United States. Reset of MTADS/PNVS is to include teardown/buildup of the entire system including cleaning, repairing, replacing and refurbishing line replaceable units and line replaceable modules, application of engineering change proposals, maintenance work orders and repainting. Testing after buildup to ensure system is operational and in a fully mission capable condition. AH64-E production line support includes, induction, inspection, refurbishment, reassembly, and testing to ensure a fully mission capable condition. Qualified vendors are required to provide evidence that they possess the capabilities as discussed above. The MTADS/PNVS data is critical in nature. Responders shall provide their product's Technology Readiness Level number and back it with evidentiary data. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide substantiated evidence of their capabilities and successes in the areas cited above. All interested qualified sources are encouraged to submit written notification of their interest, qualifications, and technical concepts to Patrick C. Walker, Contracting Officer via e-mail at patrick.c.walker.civ@mail.mil or the Contract Specialist cynthie.d.walters.civ@mail.mil. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the USG to procure any items, nor does the USG intend to award on the basis of this request for sources sought or otherwise pay for the information solicited. All interested sources must submit their information no later than 15 days after the release date of this sources sought.
