- Intent to Bundle Notice This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. The purpose of this notice is to state the Government's intent to bundle analytic and technical support service requirements for the Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD) - Service Delivery Support Requirement. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for services for which six separate contracts are currently in place. Three of the incumbent providers were small business concerns at the time of contract award. The services intended to be bundled are those under the Department of Defense Net-Centric Integrated Enterprise Information Technology Services (NIEITS) multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
