- EE-1330-14-RQ-1222 Corrected Solicitation for Small Business Set-Aside Amendment to correct the solicitation document as a small business set-aside, as indicated in the attached package titled "SF1449 -- EE-1330-14-RQ-1222 Sun Disk". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is EE-1330-14-RQ-1222. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per the specifications provided in the attached document. This is a small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334112. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration requires refurbished Sun (Oracle) Fiber and SATA Disk Drives for Oracle/Sun SAN Arrays (6000 series), Exact Match Only, to the following: LI 001: 600GB - 15000 RPM FC-AL, Disk Assembly; OEM certified refurbished disk are required and verification of certification must be included with quote (Qty 66) LI 002: 1TB 7.2K SATA Hard Drive (Qty 8) LI 003: Twelve (12) month warranty included and next business day replacement is required (Qty 1) All responsible sources that can meet the requirement as stated may respond to this solicitation by submitting a quote, to be received no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 4:00 PM EST. Offerors should provide and quote a total solution for each line item and/or product specified on the attached solicitation document. Quotes should be emailed to Jackie.Schreckengost@noaa.gov no later than the date/time specified and must include verification of OEM certification. The Government reserves the right to make one award or no award at all as a result of this solicitation.
