Questions can be addressed to the Contracting Office via email until 01 October 2014 at USARMY.RIA.acc.mbx.kbosss2@mail.mil. Responses received after the established deadline may not be considered. The attachment for this section can be found below under Additional Info. PWS sections will be published as the revisions become available. This announcement neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
