- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and any resultant award will be in accordance with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333999. There is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns. The USPFO for Montana is conducted a consolidated fitness equipment buy for various locations across the state of Montana in accordance with attached solicitation. Closing date for receipt of quotes is 12:00PM, MST, 22 September 2014. Any response received after the due date and time will be considered untimely and may not be further considered for evaluation (FAR 15.208(b)). Evaluation and award shall be made in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 as well as instructions contained within this solicitation. Offerors shall have a valid registration at SAM.gov. Email all questions to MAJ Bryan Baldwin at bryan.j.baldwin.mil@mail.mil. Questions must be received no later than 4:00 pm MST 16 September 2014. Answers will be provided with questions on a non-attribution basis and will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
