- The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Federal Resourses Supply Company, 235-G Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville MD. WHS/AD intends to award, an other than full and open competition, Stressvest training system. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, supplies are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No substitution of these supplies can be accepted. This is a commercial product that will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedures. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Administrative Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
