TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA Contractor shall provide evidence that the company and the translators and interpreters the contractor proposes to work on this contract have 3 years or more experience IAW the special qualifications of paragraphs 1.6.8.1, 1.6.8.1.1, and 1.6.8.1.2 of the PWS. Rating for Technical Criteria Acceptable-Technical submission meets or exceeds the government requirements. Unacceptable-Technical submission does not meet or exceed the government requirements based on omissions of information, or considerable deficiencies identified by government experts. PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA The Government will evaluate the Offeror(s) past performance in providing Operations or similar services in accordance with the requirements of the PWS, to measure the likelihood of success in performing the solicitation's requirements. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that their contact information is current and accurate. The Government may, at its discretion, obtain and evaluate information from sources other than those provided by the Offeror. Anything less than a succesfful past performance rating and the contractor shall be found unacceptable for award. PRICE EVALUATION CRITERIA The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all contract line item numbers and subsequent options to obtain the total price for the basic requirement. As part of the price evaluation the Government will evaluate its option to extend services(see FAR clause 52.217-8) by adding the six (6) months of the offeror's final option period price to the offeror's total price. Offerors are required to price the base and option periods and shall not submit a price for the potential six month extension of services period. See FAR 13.500
